PROFESSIONAL

Nichole represents clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, child support, legitimation, paternity and Family Violence Protective Orders, which are also known as Temporary Protective Orders) in Henry County and the surrounding area.

During the past 23 years, Nichole has represented hundreds of clients in the Superior Courts. Her practice is almost exclusively in the area of family law. She has successfully represented clients at both the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.

COMMUNITY

Nichole is a member of the Henry County community. Nichole served as an officer of the Henry County Bar Association for four years. In 2004, Nichole served as President, and our local bar association was recognized by the State Bar of Georgia as the best local bar association in our size category in the state.

Nichole has served as a board member and committee chairperson for our local battered women's shelter, Haven House. Nichole has served our community by accepting an appointment from the Attorney General to be a Special Assistant to the Attorney General and by accepting appointments to represent children as their Guardian ad litem in custody cases.

EDUCATION & HONORS

Nichole was named a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, an honor bestowed through the State Bar of Georgia upon 2% of Henry County attorneys. In 2015, the Law Firm of Nichole A. Reynolds was awarded the Client Distinction Award by Martindale-Hubble, which is given to less than 1% of attorneys in the United Stated.

Nichole worked her way through Agnes Scott College, earning a 4 year degree in three years and graduating with a 3.7 GPA and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a national academic honor society. In 1998, Nichole was the youngest person in her class to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law (ranked 30th law school in the nation by US News and World Report). She spent her summers during law school interning for Senator Sam Nunn and studying international law in Verona, Italy.

Nichole worked part-time as an associate Probate Judge for the Mental Health Court in Henry County. After 11 years as a part-time Magistrage in Henry County, she retired from public service but continues to perform weddings.
